Available Positions

Healthcare Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual who would become a representative of our practice and help market our clinical services in the Dallas metroplex. We are hoping to match with someone who shares our values of better serving the community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively promote and educate on the services provided through one-on-one meetings, company-approved promotional programs, and other company-approved means. Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, including community involvement and direct consumers via internal marketing campaigns.
  • Grow business by increasing cases sent from existing referrals and by capturing business from new referrals. Monitor and track referrals by maintaining the referral database. Track costs of activities and stay within budget. Present referral information to providers.
  • Deliver marketing materials, educational information, patient care items, and gifts to referring offices per week or as assigned. Visit offices on a cyclical basis. Keep accurate records of deliveries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend educational events and social events as directed. 
  • Expected to accurately report/submit marketing call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner and within the established deadline as defined by the Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, eClinicalWorks 
  • Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community

Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform IVs
  • Collect and document vital signs on patients
  • Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas
  • Works collaboratively with all staff to achieve team goals
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility

 

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are hoping to match with someone who shares our values of better serving the community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform IVs

Medical Assistant

No previous medical experience is required and training will be provided. You are expected to perform routine administrative duties and front office assignments in order to keep our medical clinic running efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine front office tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with clients for proper billing and medical records
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (any roles or experience in customer service)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, eClinicalWorks 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
