Available Positions

Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a full-time, independent, and detail-oriented medical billing specialist. You are expected to expedite the proper adjudication of medical claims. This involves managing daily insurance and personal injury claims, following up on unpaid claims, denial management, providing necessary documentation, and working with law firms, insurance, and patients to obtain payment. This role requires undivided attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows up on outstanding A/R with a variety of law firms
  • Researches and rebills unpaid claims in a timely manner
  • Manages correspondence related to insurance or patient accounts
  • Contacts insurance carriers, patients, or other facilities as needed to ensure maximum payment on claims
  • Researches and resolves accounts appearing on follow-up and aging reports
  • Presents data to appropriate parties and partners with necessary resources to develop a resolution
  • Answers inbound patient calls and assists callers based on their inquiry
  • Participates in trainings/meetings with payers and internal departments to address trends in denials or unprocessed claims
  • Consistently delivers quality work during allotted timeframes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical insurance billing and A/R follow-up experience.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with Google Workplace
  • Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

 

Medical Assistant

No previous medical experience is required and training will be provided. You are expected to perform routine administrative duties and front office assignments in order to keep our medical clinic running efficiently and smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine front office tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with clients for proper billing and medical records
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients
 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (any roles or experience in customer service)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, eClinicalWorks 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 
Medical Data Entry Clerk

No previous medical experience is required and training will be provided. You are expected to perform routine administrative duties and front office assignments in order to keep our medical clinic running efficiently and smoothly.
