Hello! Here at Quantum Pain & Sports Medicine, we are seeking to hire a Records Coordinator to join our growing team. No previous medical experience is required and training will be provided. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical and billing records. Your attention to detail, knowledge of clinic processes, and proficiency in electronic health record systems will keep our medical clinic running efficiently and smoothly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of medical records management, we encourage you to apply for this position!


  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist with record requests and transfers
  • Organize and maintain medical and billing records in a healthcare setting
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records
  • Retrieve and file medical records as needed
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for record management
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper documentation
  • Perform routine front office tasks to support team
  • Strong knowledge of medical records management
