Acute Injury Triage

Fast Expert Care When You Need It Most

Injured recently? Not sure how serious it is or where to start? At Quantum Pain & Spine Injury, we specialize in evaluating and treating acute injuries from car accidents, work incidents, sports, and gym activities. Our multidisciplinary team provides same-day appointments so you can get answers and relief fast.

Many injuries don’t show their full impact right away. Pain, concussion symptoms, and emotional stress can appear hours or even days after an accident. We’re here to help you identify what you’re dealing with and get you on the path to recovery.

What Type of Injury Are You Dealing With?

Choose the path below that best matches your symptoms. Our team will evaluate your injury, order imaging if needed, and create a personalized treatment plan—often on the same day you call.

Wrist injury assessment

Pain & Musculoskeletal Injuries

You may have:

Neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, joint pain, stiffness, reduced range of motion, radiating pain down your arms or legs, difficulty moving, or swelling.

Car accidents, workplace falls or lifting injuries, sports collisions, gym overexertion, or awkward movements.

Our pain management physicians and orthopedic specialists will perform a comprehensive physical exam, review imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), diagnose the injury, and recommend treatment options including interventional procedures, physical therapy, regenerative medicine, or surgical evaluation if needed.

Acute Injury Triage

Concussion & Head Injury

You may have:

Headache, dizziness, confusion, memory problems, difficulty concentrating, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or noise, balance issues, ringing in ears, blurred vision, or feeling “foggy.”

Car accidents, sports collisions, falls at work or in the gym, or any direct impact to the head.

Our neurosurgeons and concussion specialists use advanced diagnostic testing including concussion screening and imaging to assess brain injury. We provide personalized concussion protocols, vestibular therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and cognitive rehabilitation to support full recovery.

Signs of PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress & Emotional Trauma

You may have:

Anxiety, fear of driving or returning to the activity that caused injury, sleep disturbances, nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance, irritability, mood swings, panic attacks, or feeling overwhelmed since the injury.

Car accidents, workplace trauma, or any injury that felt life-threatening or uncontrollable.

Our psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists provide trauma-informed care including therapy, medication management when appropriate, and supportive counseling to help you process the emotional impact of your injury and regain confidence.
