Katelyn Greene, PA-C is a certified physician associate. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Texas and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. She also holds a national board certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Katelyn became interested in medicine after suffering an ankle injury that prevented her from dancing. Specifically, she became fascinated with the body and how it was affected by musculoskeletal pain. During her recovery, the providers were more than happy to share their knowledge and love of medicine with her. Her experience inspired her to pursue a career in the medical field with hopes to share her love of medicine and inspire others as well.
Outside of medicine, Katelyn loves to dance. During her time in college, she was a member of the world-famous Kilgore College Rangerettes and is currently a proud alumna. In addition, she enjoys reading, spending time with her fiance Justin and their two cats, and mentoring students who are interested in pursuing a career as a physician associate.
